Risk Outside of the Home (ROTH) Team
We are a diverse and committed team, supporting children and families across Norfolk.
In Norfolk we’ve invested millions to change our operating model and create the professional and emotional support around you. This enables you to get the best outcomes for children and families, and achieve a work‑life balance that suits you.
Applications are sought for the role of Social Worker within a dynamic team working with children who have been deemed at risk of exploitation and serious youth violence.
The Risk Outside the Home team works across the county targeting vulnerable children at risk of extrafamilial harm. Due to the nature of the role you will have a protected caseload to work intensively with children in the hope of bringing about positive change.
The team works closely with our wider adolescent service, including targeted youth work support and the Youth Justice Service.
We are looking for a social worker who is passionate and skilled in engaging adolescents and their families, who has a drive to bring about positive change and work alongside partner agencies.
