At W Edinburgh be expected to welcome and assist all guests arriving and departing from SUSHISAMBA.

As Host/Hostess key aspects of your role will include:
1. Be the face of the restaurant – the first and last impression the guest has of us!
2. Welcome guests warmly and personally
3. Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return
4. Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan
5. Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management
6. Work as part of a team
7. Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
