We have an exciting position for an Administrator for a company in Enfield. This could be a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-4pm. Responsibilities: Answering emails. Dealing with invoices. Tracking customers deliveries. Initial point of contact for customer inquiries. Resolving concerns and collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experiences. Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills are an absolute necessity for this job Good computer literacy skills, including ability to quickly and effectively learn and use new systems.
