Dual Registered Service Manager

This is a dual CQC registration role, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a broader remit while still being closely connected to the people we support and the colleagues you lead.
You will oversee two well‑established residential homes located around 30 minutes apart.
The first, based in the Bracknell area, supports adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, cerebral palsy and mental health needs. It’s an active, community‑focused home with a full staff team in place, where strong and consistent leadership will help continue to strengthen quality and culture.
The second service, in Caversham (Reading), supports adults with learning disabilities, Down’s syndrome, epilepsy and physical disabilities. This is a stable and settled environment and an enthusiastic team committed to delivering excellent care.
As the Dual Registered Service Manager, you will:
Be the driving force behind the leadership, quality and development of both services
Provide a blend of operational oversight, quality assurance, people leadership and strategic planning
Build positive, transparent relationships with families, local authorities and external partners
Maintain excellent CQC compliance across both locations
Ensure care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding and governance processes remain robust and up to date
Lead on recruitment, training, supervisions and performance development
Create a culture where colleagues feel valued, confident and supported to deliver outstanding care
Has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person‑centred care
Has experience as a Registered Manager within social care
Is confident and prepared to undertake dual CQC registration
