Salary: £25,700 plus bonus potential up to £2,000 per year post-probation.
Contract: Full-time – permanent.

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts covering 365 days, between 7am and 9pm.

What Will I Be Doing?
* Supporting customers in a high-volume contact centre during their breakdown journey, using active listening and reassurance.
* Making customers feel valued by understanding their situation and keeping conversations constructive.
* Using scripts to gather information and applying logic to determine the best course of action.
* Utilising available resources to deliver excellent customer service.
* Remaining calm and reassuring, providing safety advice, and dispatching support promptly.
* Accurately updating multiple IT systems while managing high call volumes.
