Overview
A role within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as part of the GP Re-provisioning Programme Team supporting 200+ GP Practices as they move to a new clinical system by June 2027.
Fixed‑term post until June 2027, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Smithhills, Paisley.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of the new clinical system, acting as a Facilitator with the Programme Team, GP practices and other facilitation staff.
* Deliver training programmes and materials for clinical and non‑clinical staff.
* Assist GP practices to quality‑assure migrated data to the new clinical system (Vision 3, Vision Anywhere, Docman).
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals across the Health Board to drive digital transformation of services.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline or significant experience in a similar role.
* Prior experience within eHealth or Primary Care advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, able to prioritise and manage own workload.
* Understanding of digital training, e‑learning, learning management systems and GP clinical systems advantageous.
Working Arrangements
Fixed‑term until June 2027. 37 hours per week. From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will reduce from 37 hours to 36 hours; pay adjustment will maintain overall remuneration.
