We offer hybrid working, however depending on your project you may have to travel to client locations.## **As a Content Designer you will:**## **YOU ROLE**## **You will bring below skills and experience:*** Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice* Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services* Experience of designing content for diverse users including accessibility and assisted digital needs* You will either already have SC (Security Check) Clearance or you are able to qualify for this level of clearance (by being a UK resident for at least 3 years and not having left the country for more than 6 consecutive months during this period)* Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, applying GDS design principles* Experience working with relevant accessibility standards and legislation, such as the Web Content Accessibility Regulations (WCAG)* Experience writing inclusive content in plain English* Good communication and stakeholder management skills* Experience working in sectors that operate in complex regulatory environments (e.g. healthcare or public sector) or performing a consulting function to private sector clients* Certifications in accessibility (CPACC, WAS, CPWA) or working towards* Experience testing and auditing assistive technology (JAWS, Dragon, ZoomText) and accessibility features for Windows and macOS* Certification and/or qualifications in Service Design or Design Thinking* Experience in running training around Service Design or Design Thinking* Experience managing and leading high performing teams* Experience working with various tools such as Miro, Mural, Teams, PowerPoint* You’ll gain exposure to high-profile transformations and gain hands-on exposure to leading technologies.* Our consultants are formally trained by industry experts in consulting and client delivery.
