About the Role
You'll deliver as-needed reception cover across several Brighton sites, stepping in to support our client during holiday and sickness absences. Each location will give you a full induction before you begin, ensuring you're confident and prepared for the role
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors and clients with a professional, friendly manner
* Managing switchboards and handling incoming calls
* Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining a tidy reception area
* Managing post, deliveries, and visitor passes
* Supporting general administrative tasks
* Always representing both our agency and the client with professionalism
What We're Looking For
1. Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience
2. Strong communication skills and excellent presentation
3. Ability to adapt quickly to different sites and processes
4. Confident using reception systems and Microsoft Office
5. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working at short notice
