Provide food that complies with national nutritional policies and food hygiene standards.
Contributes to the implementation of service developments i.e. new menus, production systems.
Submit requisitions for additional foods stores depending upon demand.
An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
Qualified Cook to City and Guilds or NVQ level 3 standard and Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
Knowledge and understanding of HACCP & COSHH acquired over time with training.
Intimate knowledge of Fire Safety as applied in the kitchen setting.
Allergen qualification/training.
