We are seeking an Interim Asset Management Surveyor to join our Investment Team. This is a hands-on estate management role, playing a key part in delivering the priorities set out in the Council’s Annual Property Plan and supporting the continued evolution of the investment portfolio. Key Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day asset and estate management across the Council’s commercial investment portfolio, including directly let and ground-leased properties.
