About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task. Responsibilities: Supervise lessons in line with existing plans and school policies. Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. Adapt to the needs of different classes and age groups as required. Record student attendance, behaviour incidents, and classroom observations accurately. Qualifications: Experience working in a school environment is desirable. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
