What You’ll Need Registered Nurse (NMC) with strong clinical knowledge. Proven senior experience - Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or above. Confidence in leading teams, managing clinical standards, and ensuring compliance. A valid driving licence and access to a car. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Previous involvement in CQC inspections or service improvement plans. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. Support the Registered Manager with governance, compliance and development. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional, safe practice. Oversee clinical standards, safeguarding, medication management, and care planning. Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands-on.
