Industrial Electrician (Field Service)
Bradford
£36,000 to £40,000 DOE + Holidays + Contributory Pension + Van + Laptop as required + Full Job Specific Training
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (with some flexibility required)
Industrial Electrician required for a leading company who specialise in the installation of fuelling and oil equipment in the commercial sector. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who can offer full training and stability in a role where two days are never the same.
To apply for this role you will be a qualified electrician from any industrial background. It would be advantageous to have experience working with controls and you will ideally hold a JIB gold card or hold a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
The successful candidate will be responsible for spending approximately 60-70% of their time repairing and maintaining equipment such as fuel dispensing pumps, tanks etc. and approximately 30-40% of their time installing them. You will focus on the electrical aspects of this, such as working with the fuse boards, fixed wiring and low voltage control panels but will not be limited to this. Installation / repair of fuel management systems is a large part of this role.
You will work at client sites all over the UK, however, most of the work you will be doing will be at sites within a one-to-two-hour radius of Bradford. Stay away will be required approximately 1-2 times a month however hotel expenses will be covered, and you will be paid an additional sum per night to cover food etc.
