Organize and oversee year group activities, events, and support initiatives to boost student engagement and well-being. What We Look For: Degree in Education or related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in a pastoral or leadership role within a school. Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and student welfare.
