We’re recruiting for experienced CNC Miller and CNC Turner Setter Operators to join a well-established precision engineering company in the Dunstable / Luton area.

The Role
1. Setting and operating CNC Mills or CNC Lathes
2. Working from detailed engineering drawings
3. Producing precision components to tight tolerances
4. Tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
5. Small to medium batch work
6. Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Turner
8. Strong setting experience (essential)
9. Ability to work independently from drawings
10. Experience working to fine tolerances
11. Quality-focused and reliable
12. Positive attitude and team player
