You’ll be part of a high‑performing, fast‑paced team, supporting internal departments and building strong, professional relationships with external customers to help deliver national sales targets and meet supply chain demand.
You will work in line with all compliance requirements and agreed ways of working, ensuring systems are kept fully up to date. We encourage proactive thinking, so you’ll be expected to use your initiative to identify and suggest process improvements where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
* Support national sales and keep supply chain operations running smoothly.
* Prepare quotations and identify new business opportunities.
* Manage tickets and ensure systems and compliance records are always up to date.
* Coordinate daily material movements with Transport and Site Operations.
* Build strong customer relationships and handle enquiries promptly.
* Liaise with hauliers to book loads and secure competitive rates.
* Maintain internal admin, including SharePoint, databases, and general office support.
* Clear outstanding tickets weekly and support Finance when needed.
* Research new leads and share relevant market insights with the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong understanding of sales support and supply chain operations.
* Ability to prepare accurate quotations and identify new business opportunities.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tickets and maintain accurate system records.
* Confident collaborator, able to coordinate daily activities with Transport, Operations, and wider internal teams.
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
* Experience liaising with hauliers and securing competitive rates.
* Solid administrative abilities, including SharePoint and database management.
* High attention to detail with the ability to resolve outstanding tasks promptly and efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to respond to queries professionally and in a timely manner.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to research leads and work independently.
* Experience supporting finance processes or working closely with Finance teams.
* Understanding of market trends within the supply chain, logistics, or renewable energy sectors.
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales, logistics, or operations environment.
* Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management systems.
