You will be joining the current recruitment team of 2as a Manager to define the Recruitment & Attraction strategy across thebusiness, for both early careers and experienced hires. This will includecreating a recruitment toolkit, running campaigns, digital strategies, managingjob boards and third party vendors, reducing agency spend and more. You willhave a hands on delivery approach.
What you'll need to succeed
Working as part of a Talent Acquisition team, you willneed prior experience working with Employer Branding, EVP and Recruitmentexperience working in a matrix business. You will be able to provide evidenceof cost savings across experienced hire and early careers, due to increasedvolume of direct hiring. You will ideally have experience working in a similarindustry or a high volume / fast-paced environment. You will have experience, either in a standalone position or coaching / mentoring a small recruitmentteam. You will be available to start within the next month and commit to a 4/6month contract. You will be able to travel to London on a hybrid basis.
