Sunderland People First CIC is seeking a Co-production and Advocacy Facilitator in Sunderland. This role involves supporting and working alongside self-advocates with learning disabilities and autistic people to develop inclusive services and influence policy.
The position is hybrid, allowing 80% office and 20% remote work when appropriate. Candidates must have experience in advocacy and a commitment to inclusion, with strong communication skills to promote community engagement.
The contract is fixed until June 2027, with 26 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 after 5 years.
