Overview
We are delighted to offer an exciting development opportunity for a Family & Systemic Psychotherapist to join our dynamic and compassionate multi-disciplinary team within BCUHB’s Tier 4 Highly Specialist CAMHS Service. You will work across both the Kestrel Inpatient Ward and Kite – Intensive Community Support Team.
Salary & Grade
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week). Salary Band: Band 7 progressing to Band 8a (Development Role).
Location & Service
Location: North Wales Adolescent Service (NWAS). Service: Tier 4 CAMHS – Specialist Child & Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Service.
Qualifications
* Qualified (or nearing qualification) in Family & Systemic Psychotherapy.
* Experience working with children, young people, or families.
* Commitment to developing specialist skills within a Tier 4 setting.
* For Band 8a entry (or progression):
o Qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist with relevant registration.
o Experience working with complex presentations in intensive settings.
o Ability to provide supervision, consultation, and leadership.
