A New and Exciting Opportunity in Sudbury
In October 2025, we proudly launched our first Supported Living service in Sudbury and built a fantastic, dedicated team. As we continue to grow, we’re preparing to welcome more individuals into their own self-contained homes.
We are now recruiting additional Support Workers to join our teams, we are looking for compassionate, and consistent people who will support a variety of people we support as they transition to independent living. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a service new service and to help shape a stable, person-centred support model around individuals with enormous potential for development and growth.

We’re recruiting for both day and waking night roles to provide consistent, high-quality support.
Shift Patterns:
* Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
* Sleeping Night-10:00pm-8:00am
* Waking Nights: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
* Part-Time Options: Typically, 1–3 shifts per week
To keep the service consistent for the people we support, split shifts aren’t available.
We’re looking for staff who are confident in keeping professional boundaries while creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Your Role
In this role, you will build trusting and consistent relationships with the people you support, helping them feel safe and empowered. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, and community access, while encouraging independence and participation in meaningful activities. You will work closely with PBS Leads and colleagues to maintain structure and consistency across all shifts, ensuring a supportive and predictable environment for service users.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone preferably with experience in care or support work and an understanding of Autism, ADHD, mental health, and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a calm, patient, and proactive approach, be reliable and team-focused, and have a good understanding of behaviours that challenge. A full UK driving licence is required, with at least one driver available per shift.
