Package
* £13.50 per hour (+40p complex service, +30p on-call)
* £27,378 £28,798 per year (39 hrs/week)

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence & own car
* Leadership or supervisory experience in care
* Flexible to work weekends/nights
* Calm, compassionate & patient approach
* Understanding of PBS (desirable)
Responsibilities
* Lead and support your team in delivering person-centred care
* Ensure the people you support are central to their care planning
* Provide personal care and support daily living needs
* Drive individuals to activities in the community
* Supervise, develop and inspire staff
