Estates Systems and Compliance Manager
Location: West London
Contract: 3 months
Rate: £31.45 per hour (umbrella)
Are you passionate about ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient environments across healthcare estates? We are seeking an experienced Estates Systems and Compliance Manager to lead on statutory compliance and systems management for multiple sites in London.
What you’ll do:
* Oversee all aspects of estates compliance reporting in line with statutory regulations and Department of Health guidance.
* Manage computerised maintenance systems, CAD drawings, and document control processes.
* Develop and maintain asset registers, compliance action plans, and performance reports.
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure robust compliance and service delivery.
* Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and efficiency across estates services.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant building engineering or estates discipline.
* Strong knowledge of statutory compliance standards (HTMs, HBNs, BS).
* Extensive experience in estates services, including financial and resource management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and computerised maintenance systems.
