We have an amazing opportunity for a Support Worker to support a man in the Keighley area. About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to support a man in the Keighley area. You will support him with his day-to-day care regime as required, support with shopping, housework and preparing meals. Other duties include accessing the community and general companionship to promote quality of life and independence, both at home and in the community. Training will be given and supervision by the Case Manager. What you'll be working: This post mainly is weekday; however, some weekend work may be required to support the client with planned activities. 15 hours per week (shifts to be discussed, hours could increase to 20 hours weekly) Rate of Pay: 16.00 per hour (weekdays and weekend rate ) What you'll have: Essential you are reliable and professional - you value honesty and discretion. you are friendly and approachable. you are flexible Preferred you have experience of supporting someone with daily activities. you have experience of supporting an adult with physical limitations Drivers preferred.
