An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced analyst to join our NHS 111 service as a System Development Intelligence Analyst. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape how data is used to improve operational performance, enhance clinical quality, and support strategic decision-making.
Working within the Systems Development & Intelligence function, you will play a key role in advancing our analytics capability-supporting the transition from reporting to meaningful intelligence that drives real impact across the organisation.
You'll work closely with operational and clinical leaders, influencing service improvement and ensuring high-quality insights underpin everything we do.
This role also offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise across NICE CXOne systems, interaction analytics, workforce management tools, and Power BI reporting within a high-performing NHS 111 environment.
