Job title - Advance Operations Coordinator / Site Administrator
Location: Eyemouth, Scotland.
You will need to be able to drive to the site due to lack of transport links, and live no more than a 30-40 minute commute due to long shift hours.
Contract length: 3 months + likely extensions. Permanent role available in Jan 2026.
Shift hours: 11.5 hours (12 hrs with 30 min lunch).
Rate: £17 per hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for an Advance Operations Coordinator to work for an organisation in the Renewable Energy sector.
The Role:
We are seeking an Advance Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team, providing essential support for wind farm operations.
Comprehensive training is provided by the company, so a willingness and ability to learn, and ability to work on site on a shift basis is all that's required.
Responsibilities:
* Meticulously administer wind farm sites, including technical and commercial record-keeping.
* Ensure clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with customer contracts.
* Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities via the SAP system.
* Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance and create daily/weekly plans for site teams, optimizing Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment.
* Control and technically verify within the Spiridion SAP system, collating time data and parts consumption for billing and replenishment.
* Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with business objectives and customer requirements.
* Coordinate the preparation and provision of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
* Coordinate record keeping, reporting, and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history.

* Experience with SAP (ideal but not essential) and MS Office packages is considered an advantage.
