We are seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our service in Bradford (BD4). Youll work closely with the Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in overseeing staff, operations, and service delivery
Lead by example to promote a positive, person-centred environment
Assist with rota planning, recruitment, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Contribute to continuous service improvement
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role (e.g. Team Leader, Senior Support Worker)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Good understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CQC, health & safety)
Relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management)
