The Role – Senior Support Worker (Full-Time / Part-Time)
* Work in a house team led by a House Coordinator and Assistant House Coordinator.
* Support residents' daily needs, including personal care, medication, and wellbeing, while promoting independence and choice.
* Serve as keyworker for 1–2 residents, maintaining regular communication with families and guardians, contributing to care plans, risk assessments, and reports.
* Provide domestic support: cooking, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, welcoming, therapeutic environment, including plants, décor, and household rhythms.
* Act as a mentor, role model, and exemplar for staff and volunteers, delegating tasks and assisting in their training and integration
* Support and participate in festivals, cultural events, and house activities, promoting inclusion, rhythm, and structure.
* Participate in audits and maintain accurate records, including medication administration, care notes, and SSSC CPD requirements.

Requirements
* Minimum 1 year supporting adults with learning disabilities (part-time experience considered).
* SVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and SSSC registration.
* Completion of all mandatory training on time, with records maintained via SSSC CPD.
* PVG membership.
* Knowledge of and adherence to Corbenic policies and procedures.
* Willingness to assist in or move to other houses within Corbenic as needed.
* Commitment to Corbenic's values, Camphill ethos, and person-centred approach to care.
* Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and participate in community events.
* Desirable: full driver's licence and experience in residential care settings.
