About the Role
Pacifica has an exciting opportunity for one motivated individual to become a Trainee Self Employed White Goods Engineer. If you have a mechanical or electrical mindset and transferable skills, this could be your chance to start a rewarding new career. No experience in white goods? No problem! You’ll receive full City & Guilds Assured training at our academy in the North East of England, plus mentoring and all the tools you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do
1. Repair washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, tumble dryers, ovens, and microwaves in customers’ homes.
2. Troubleshoot faults and solve problems using practical skills
3. Work independently and manage your own schedule
4. Provide excellent customer service
5. Track your work via tablet and job management software
6. Develop your skills with ongoing mentoring and technical training
