Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Town Planners to join an Edinburgh-based National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team. Be part of a forward-thinking group driving planning excellence in diverse, innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist in planning submissions for large-scale projects, including S36, S37, Marine, and EIA applications.
Advise on bespoke planning solutions with an emphasis on Scottish planning policies.
Design and deliver consenting strategies alongside Planning Directors.
Mentor junior team members, enhance communication skills, and support business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Near or fully RTPI Chartered.
Planning consultancy or local government experience (preferably in Scotland).
Expertise in Scottish planning policy, with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with an interest in emerging trends in planning.
