 
        City Resource are currently looking for a weekend Recruitment co-ordinator. Were looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to support our team with on-call bookings and administrative duties over the weekend period (Friday to Monday). Youll play a key role in coordinating staff placements, managing last-minute shifts, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate on-call bookings, ensuring all shifts are filled promptly. Communicate with clients and candidates regarding availability and placement. Maintain accurate records and update databases. Support the recruitment team with general administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations. About You: Previous experience in recruitment or scheduling (preferred but not essential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and/or recruitment software. Able to work independently and handle fast-paced environments. Reliable, proactive, and flexible with working hours.
