The Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will take ownership of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in service while supporting the senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities
Run your section during service with confidence and consistency
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Experience in high-volume or premium dining environments
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus, but not essential
