We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 9-month contract. This role involves delivering exceptional technical support and contributing to service improvements in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Please note: The role requires on-site presence 5 days/week (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support to internal users, resolving incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
* Managing escalated technical issues from the service desk to resolution.
* Performing root cause analysis on desktop-related issues and documenting solutions.
* Supporting IT projects aligned with the IT roadmap.
* Collaborating with project managers and management, providing regular updates.
* Enhancing service desk operations through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
* Traveling to regional sites for onsite support and project work.
* Maintaining expertise through self-guided training.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience with device management solutions like Intune, JAMF Pro, or Workspace ONE.
* Knowledge of Windows and macOS.
* Experience with PowerShell scripting.
* Experience with identity and authentication systems.
* Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting.
* Experience with Office 365 in a cloud environment.
* Understanding of networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
* Experience with cloud SaaS products.
* Familiarity with ITIL principles (certification desirable).
* Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
* Support experience with Linux is desirable.
