We're now looking for an Entry-Level Production Planner to join our friendly, fast-paced manufacturing team - helping to ensure our production lines run smoothly and efficiently every day. The Role As a Production Planner, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day scheduling of our production lines. You'll work closely with the planning and production teams to make sure we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn, develop strong planning and analytical skills, and grow within a supportive, well-established food manufacturing business. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules. Communicate clearly with production, supply chain, and technical teams to keep plans on track. Use Microsoft Excel to manage data, track performance, and update production plans. Support problem-solving and help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Learn to use scheduling systems such as SAP and Informer (full training provided). About You You'll be enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to learn. You'll enjoy working with both people and data - keeping things organised and communicating clearly across departments. We're looking for someone who's: A strong communicator, confident in working with different teams and stakeholders. Highly organised with good attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas, charts, and data management). Eager to learn new systems and develop within a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Positive, reliable, and ready to contribute to a supportive team. Desirable: Some experience or exposure to planning, scheduling, or supply chain work (not essential - full training provided).
