We're looking for a bright, ambitious CRM Marketing Executive who's ready to make their mark in the world of B2B lead generation. If you've got at least 1 year's experience in CRM marketing (ideally B2B) and you're hungry to grow, this could be your next big move.

As part of our CRM team, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with thousands of businesses — creating smarter automations, sharper campaigns, and more personalised customer journeys that fuel our expansion.
What You'll Do
* Plan and deliver eye-catching, lead-driving email campaigns.
* Use our data to create targeted automations and customer journeys that engage prospects at every stage.
* Segment and personalise lists to get the right message in front of the right people.
* Write subject lines, copy, and CTAs that make B2B audiences take action.
* Manage and execute SMS marketing campaigns alongside email for a true multi-channel approach.
* Run A/B tests to continually optimise performance and improve engagement.
* Monitor performance, analyse results, and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.
* Stay curious, keep testing, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year of email marketing experience (B2B preferred).
* Experience with cold B2B outreach campaigns.
* Understanding of email best practice, automation, and performance tracking.
* Exposure to SMS marketing tools or campaigns.
* Bonus points if you've used Klaviyo — if not, we'll train you.
* Strong writing skills and keen attention to detail.
* A proactive, creative thinker who loves turning data into results
