Your role will be to provide a single point of contact for landlords and tenants.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
Providing professional advice and assistance to thousands of clients who have requested the premium service
Delivering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy and helping every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly
Gaining advice on financial, rental and legal matters to provide to the landlords and tenants
Organising maintenance projectsKey Skills and Experience of a Property Manager:
Previous experience in Property Management is desirable
You should be ambitious and always be on your game
Being organised to ensure everything runs smoothly is a required skill
Having excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is essential
