We support individuals with a range of disabilities aged between 20 to70. We support individuals within their own home and also individuals who stay with their family. Support required ranges from personal care, developing skills to live independently, social support out in the community and to attend college where they can further their knowledge.. We support our supported people to work towards outcomes which can include going on holidays abroad and closer to home to experience life to its fullest. We have a space for supported people to meet and build relationships with each other doing a range of activities.

Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable service users.
Communicate and work well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
Carry out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and guidelines.

No Previous Experience Required Ark provide full training so no previous experience is required making our Support Worker roles the perfect place to start your career in Adult Social Care.
Get a qualification while you work Ark fully fund your SVQ2 in Health & Social Care which you complete with the support of our in house SVQ team.

Contracted hours to suit you We have Full-time, Part-time and Relief Support Worker roles available at our services throughout Scotland.

Enhanced Overtime Any hours worked by a Support Worker over full-time contractual hours, will be eligible to an enhanced rate.
