Rate: £162.61 – £223.63 per day
Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is working closely with Church Hill Middle School in Redditch to recruit a dedicated PPA Teacher to work across KS2.
The school is seeking a full-time or part-time teacher who can start after half term and remain in post until the end of the academic year. This role involves delivering high‑quality planned lessons across KS2 classes, providing consistency and excellent teaching while class teachers receive PPA time.
This is a full‑responsibility teaching position, and the school is interviewing immediately.
Church Hill Middle School is a warm, supportive, and community-focused environment with a strong senior leadership team, excellent facilities, up‑to‑date technology, and easy access to public transport and on‑site parking.
Applications from ECTs are welcome; however, you must be able to provide a suitable reference from a school placement within KS2 over the last 2 years.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
* Have strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of high‑quality classroom practice.
* Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to different classes and teaching environments.
* Be passionate about securing the best outcomes for all pupils, inspiring and supporting learners of all abilities.
* Work effectively as part of a team, showing humility, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

* Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time‑management skills.
