About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! At Butlin’s, you won’t just be confined to one department; you’ll have the chance to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, covering everything from bedrooms to bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, all in line with our Clean and Fault Free program. After that, you’ll dive into at least one other area, possibly joining our Restaurants, Bars, Shops, or Buffets for the remainder of your hours.
Exciting news for those aged 18 and relocating: Live-in accommodation may be available!

We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we value your attitude and passion for enhancing our guests' experiences above all else!
No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside diverse team members and guests. Whether you’re seeking a temporary role or envisioning a long-term career with Butlin’s, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas.
Flexibility is key! This role includes weekday and weekend shifts, with hours that may extend into afternoons, evenings, and early mornings.
