Job Description
As a Bar Staff member at Sodexo, located in RAF Benson, Ewelme, Wallingford, OX10 6AA, you\'ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, particularly the armed forces personnel we serve. What You’ll Do
* Be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude, always going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
* Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness to ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless at all times.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What You Bring
* Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
* A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support operational needs.
* Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years to apply for this position.
