We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support a senior finance professional across both professional and personal duties.
You will work primarily remotely, with the flexibility to attend in-person errands, or house visits as needed. Discretion, flexibility, and excellent time management are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive business and personal matters with precision and care.
You will be involved in diary and inbox management, Coordination of meetings, calls, and deadlines and preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
Skills and Qualifications:
* Business Fluent English
* Preferred background in finance or banking
* Relevant professional experience in a Corporate environment
* Meticulously organised with superb attention to detail
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
