Title: Origination Analyst/ Associate
Location: Central London
Buckden Partners is working with a leading development and bridging finance lender focused on transactions up to £100m+.
We are searching for an experienced analyst/associate to join the origination team to deploy real estate loans across all asset classes. This role presents an opportunity to work alongside an exceptionally strong team and will allow the newly appointed role to cover all aspects of transactions.
BACKGROUND
* Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university / business school
* Circa 2-5 years real estate debt experience and ideally the ability to structure, present high value deals and execute effectively
* Strong financial modelling, analysis and research skills (strong excel skills are essential)
* Relevant work experience & track record, likely gained within a real estate debt fund, investment bank, real estate private equity shop or possibly a real estate consultancy with a European footprint
