About the Role As a Shift Engineer, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by carrying out effective maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement across the site.
You'll be part of a skilled, supportive team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
You'll work a Double Days shift pattern, with plenty of opportunity for personal development and overtime.
Ensure all engineering work adheres to Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
Supervise contractors on-site and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
Communicate effectively with teams across Operations, Technical, HR, Finance, and Quality.
About You Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar engineering role.
At least 2 years' experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance (or equivalent education).
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance.
Experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of Pirana CMMS are desirable.
