Side Loader Operator (FLT Licence Required) Location: Falkirk area Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and efficient Side Loader Operators to join our growing logistics team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective loading and unloading of goods, including long and heavy materials such as steel and timber. A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence is required. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills working with specialist side-loading equipment in a professional logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload goods using side loader vehicles, including large and bulky items such as steel, timber, and piping. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment. Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with drivers and warehouse staff to coordinate efficient loading operations. Report any shipment discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.
