Business Development Manager Wellingborough Salary £Competitive DOE plus uncapped commission and company car/allowance We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client based in Wellingborough to spearhead growth across London and the Midlands, targeting new build multi-room developments such as residential blocks, student accommodation, care homes, and hotels. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, promoting high-performance window systems, and building long-term relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and specifiers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the new build multi-room sector Identify and engage new clients including developers, main contractors, and specifiers Promote the company’s full range of PVCu and Aluminium window products Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure Collaborate with estimating, technical, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions Attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings across the region Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts Requirements Proven track record in business development or sales within the construction or fenestration industry Strong knowledge of PVCu and Aluminium window systems Experience working with new build multi-room projects is highly desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously Willingness to travel regularly across London and the Midlands Full UK driving licence What's on Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission Company car or car allowance Pension scheme and private healthcare Ongoing product and sales training Supportive and ambitious team culture If interested, please apply here, or call Kim to discuss further.
