Qualifications: Essential Requirements A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience gained through substantial industry practice. Proven experience in process or manufacturing engineering within a production or related environment. Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering and technical drawings, schematics, and documentation in a production or process engineering setting. Desirable but Not Essential Knowledge and experience of working with Lean or Six Sigma principles. Familiarity with quality systems such as FMEA and control plans. Experience of working within a health and safety system, including understanding of relevant legislation such as PUWER, COSHH, and other machinery safety regulations.
