We are looking for people with kind, caring hearts who want to make a true difference to our clients and help them to stay as independent as possible in their own homes.
You do not need any experience or
qualifications
to become a Care Support Worker and start your rewarding career in care. You just need to be a caring, positive person with a passion for assisting others and be open to learning new things.
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide a variety of services including but not limited to:
* Meal preparation
* Light housework
* Taking clients on various outings
* Companionship
* Personal Care
Pay and benefits
* Guaranteed hour contract
* Paid travel and wait time between visits
* Paid double time on bank holidays
* Paid mileage
* Paid training
* Minimum 1-hour visits
