What we are looking for;
* GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent).
* Experience conducting property inspections and working independently.

* Well-organised, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
* Strong ICT skills, including use of handheld devices and data systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse groups with a customer-focused approach.
We offer a range of great benefits including:
* Flexibility on where you work with home working kit provided
* 33 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, and a holiday a buy scheme.
* Company pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions
