Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will carry out administrative duties and assist Customer Services Department. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with the process of customer despatches and customer returns. Your responsibilities will include assisting in efficient returns processing, collaborating with logistics teams for timely despatches, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of a purchase.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the process of confirming customers payments
* Assist with liaising with customers about outstanding payments
* Assist with updating customers as to delivery changes based on the container shipping log.
* Assist in the monitoring of missing returns.
* Assist with customer returns and processing of Corrective Action Report forms for insurance purpose.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
* Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding the status of returns and despatches.
* Address customer enquires with professionalism and efficiency.
* Work cross-functionally to implement improvements and optimise workflows.
* Attention to detail and organised, with the ability to manage and document processes accurately
* Experience with a diverse range of computer programmes and packaging, including Microsoft and Google.
