Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Witney Community Hospital. We are looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join us and actively drive forward the rehabilitation on our inpatient wards. You must have a desire to work with older people with experience of providing assessments, rehabilitation, falls prevention, management of long-term and frailty conditions. You will undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision and help assist in the supervision and education of junior physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants and physiotherapy students. In this role, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team, working alongside the nursing team, providing a high-quality rehabilitation service, in line with current best evidence-based practice. There is an inspiring team of allied healthcare professionals across the Community Hospitals, who can provide supportive clinical leadership and further training opportunities, to offer you skills to learn and develop your career.
