Team Leader (Nights) - Red House Care Home, Bridlington
£14.82 per hour | 33 hours per week
The HICA Group is recruiting a Team Leader to join our night team at Red House Care Home in Bridlington. This is a great opportunity for an experienced carer or senior care assistant ready to take the next step into leadership, with full support and training provided.
You'll go home each morning knowing you've helped provide safe, compassionate care and a peaceful night for our residents.
Your Role
As Team Leader, you will support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care while promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
Responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting the care team
Coaching and mentoring staff
Reviewing care plans
Administering and recording medication
Supporting residents with personal care when required
Maintaining communication with families
Reporting safeguarding concerns
You will be supported by the Deputy Manager and Residential Manager .
About You
We are looking for someone who: Has a positive and caring attitude
Is confident leading and supporting a team
Works well under pressure and can prioritise tasks
Holds an NVQ Level 2 in Care (preferred but not essential)
